- Custom Applications — Our specialty. When off-the-shelf doesn't fit, we build the application — quoting, dispatch, intake, inspections, scheduling, reporting. It runs in a browser, wears your branding, and fits how you already work instead of forcing you to work like everyone else. First version in five working days.
- Automation & Integration — The other specialty: deleting work nobody should be doing. Re-keying the same order into three systems, chasing signatures, building the same report every Monday, copying invoices into QuickBooks by hand. We wire your systems together and let the busywork run itself.
- AI & Machine Learning — Not a slide about AI — models we've put into production. Forecasting that beat the commercial platform it replaced. An AI phone agent that answers, qualifies and books. Retrieval over your own documents so answers come from your knowledge. And when data can't leave the building, we run the model on hardware you own.
- Operations & Process — Before we automate anything, we map the real workflow — not the one on the org chart. Then we rebuild it: scheduling and labor models, SOPs people will actually follow, onboarding that survives turnover, and numbers you can steer by. Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.
- IT & Infrastructure — The plumbing everything else runs on: accounts, devices, networks, backups, and the vendors billing you for all of it. We inventory what you have, kill what you don't need, lock down what's exposed, and document it so the next person isn't guessing.
- Web & Email Security — Your website and your domain are the two things every customer touches. We rebuild slow or compromised sites, then close the door on email spoofing with SPF, DKIM, and enforced DMARC — so nobody sends invoices in your name.
Common questions
- Do you only work with Colorado Springs businesses?
- That's home, and we'll happily meet you at your shop anywhere on the Front Range. But the work itself is remote-friendly — we have clients we've never had to drive to.
- What happens after it launches?
- That's the actual job. We host it, monitor it, patch it, back it up, and keep a running queue of improvements that we work down every month. Software that nobody tends turns into the next mess we'd have to come clean up, so we don't hand you a finished thing and disappear — we run it with you.
- How does pricing work?
- Every engagement is quoted after the walkthrough, in writing, before anything starts — you'll never get a surprise invoice. Most of our work settles into a monthly partnership that covers hosting, monitoring, support, and continued development, with the build scoped separately up front. We'll give you both numbers together so you can see the whole picture.
- What if the tool doesn't do what we needed?
- You'll see a working version before you commit, and the scope is agreed in writing before we start. If the delivered tool doesn't do what that document says, you don't pay. We'd rather eat a week than argue with a neighbor.
- We already have an IT company. Does that conflict?
- Usually not. Plenty of our work sits next to an existing managed-services provider — they keep the help desk, we handle operations and the custom pieces they don't build. We'll tell you honestly if you're paying two people for one job.
- Do you do AI, or is that just marketing?
- We build it and run it in production. A forecasting model we trained beat the commercial platform it replaced across 15 locations. We've shipped an AI phone agent that answers calls, qualifies callers and books work. We do retrieval over a company's own documents so the answers come from your knowledge, not the internet's — and we can run the whole thing on hardware you own, so nothing leaves your building. That last part matters more than people expect for practices and firms holding confidential records.
- When shouldn't we use AI?
- Plenty of the time, and we'll say so. If a scheduled job moving data between two systems solves it, that's cheaper, faster and doesn't hallucinate. We'd rather tell you the boring answer than sell you the exciting one — but when a model genuinely is the right tool, we're not learning it on your budget.
- What can realistically be automated?
- If a person does it the same way every time from information that already exists somewhere, it can probably be automated: re-keying orders between systems, building recurring reports, chasing signatures, syncing invoices, sending reminders and ETAs, flagging numbers that moved. Judgment calls stay with your people — we just stop making them do data entry first.
- How soon can you start?
- We run one build sprint at a time, so it depends on the queue — typically one to three weeks out. Assessments and security work can usually start sooner. Ask and we’ll give you a real date, not a maybe.
- What size business is a good fit?
- Roughly 5 to 200 people. Small enough that the owner still feels the broken process personally, big enough that fixing it is worth real money. Below that, we'll often just tell you what to do for free.
